HELP CENTRE
Expiryview is a personal renewal tracker. It gives you one page that shows every renewal you care about — domains, TLS certificates, insurance policies, professional registrations, annual software subscriptions — sorted by urgency, with your total annual cost visible at a glance.
The product is deliberately simple: you sign in, add items as you remember them, and check the page when you want to see what is coming. There are no reminders, no alerts, and no nagging. The page is the notification.
Click the Sign in button on any page. Expiryview uses WorkOS AuthKit, which lets you sign in with a social account (Google, GitHub, Microsoft) or an email address. You do not need to create a separate Expiryview-specific password unless you choose email-based auth.
Your list is tied to your account. Signing in on a different device or browser will show you the same items — the data travels with your account, not with a particular machine.
Once signed in, the dashboard shows an empty list with an + Add item button. Click it to open a form where you enter:
The item appears in the right urgency band immediately. You can edit any field or delete the item at any time.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Items are grouped into four urgency bands:
Items beyond 90 days are not shown by default, so you focus on what is close. The annual total at the bottom of the list sums every item's cost regardless of urgency band.
Yes. The dashboard provides two export options:
Yes. Expiryview is free with no paid tiers, no trials, no upgrade prompts. Every feature described on the site is available to everyone who signs in. If that ever changes, we will say so plainly — not in small print, but in the same voice used everywhere else on this site.
Expiryview cannot send email or push notifications because the fleet has no email sender, and the product is intentionally designed not to need one. The page is the notification: you open it when you want to see what is close.
This is a deliberate trade-off, not a missing feature. It means no setup of alert preferences, no spam, and nothing saves you from forgetting to check. If you need proactive reminders, Expiryview is not the right tool for you right now.
Expiryview does not manage passwords itself — authentication is handled by WorkOS AuthKit. Use the password recovery flow on the sign-in page, which WorkOS provides. Your list is tied to your account; there is no way to recover it without authenticating.

KNOWN LIMITATIONS
Expiryview is a young product built on deliberately constrained infrastructure. The following limitations are intentional or reflect what has not been built yet. We list them so you are not surprised.
As described above, Expiryview has no sender infrastructure and no notification system. You will never receive an alert, digest, or reminder from this product. The dashboard page is the only way to see what is expiring.
There is no iOS or Android app. The dashboard works in a mobile browser and is responsive, but it is a web page — not a native application with offline support or home-screen integration beyond what your browser provides.
Expiryview does not scan your email, monitor your domain registrar, or detect renewals automatically. You enter every item manually. The product assumes you know what you hold and where you hold it — it just keeps the dates in one place.
Your list is private to your account. There is no way to share a list with a partner, team, or colleague, and no collaboration features.
The privacy notice and terms of service pages are being prepared. The business has not yet established a legal entity or registered address. Until formal documents are published, the plain-language statements on those pages are what governs.
Expiryview is provided on an as-is basis. There are no service-level commitments, no uptime guarantees, and no contractual obligations. It works when it works and may change or be retired at any time.
